How can Sports Massage help me?
Sports massage and manipulative therapy can be used:
- to treat lower back pain, sciatica and sacro-iliac pain
- to alleviate sports injuries to muscles and joints, including: tennis and golfer’s elbow, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder conditions and many more
- to relieve tension and ease aching muscles
- as a relaxation technique after a sporting event or performance
- to relax at any time
My massage qualifications come from Midlands School of Massage where I have completed both a Diploma in Remedial Massage and an advanced Diploma in Manipulative Therapy.
I am a member of the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists (NAMMT).
